THE FOUNDATION OF THE COMPANY AIRFFECT GmbH was founded in 2016 by Andreas Pasching and Michael F. Simoncic with the goal of changing self-service washing in car wash parks, petrol stations and car preparation facilities. The goal became a vision, and the vision became the world’s first and most powerful self-service dryer that completes the self-service wash.

Today, we can proudly say that AIRFFECT has revolutionized self-service car washing. For the first time, car wash operators can enhance their location and generate revenue through self-service drying – and for the first time, vehicle caretakers are experiencing that self-service drying is not only quick and easy, but even fun. However, getting to this point was only possible with the support of countless car wash operators and their vehicle caretakers during a three-year development phase from 2016 to 2019. We have incorporated their experiences and ideas to create the perfect drying system.

All development and production take place exclusively in Austria and Germany. The drying technology was developed together with KTM Technologies in Salzburg, the handling was created with KISKA Design and brought to series production with the manufacturing partners MAFO Systemtechnik, JELL About and SCHINKO.

The granting of positive patents in 2022, the design protection documents as well as the comprehensive trademark protection rights show that there is more than just “air” in an AIRFFECT. This also strengthens the confidence of the car wash operators, because we do not have “customer”, we only have AIRFFECT “partners”.

Due to the enormous interest and increasing demand from car wash operators and dealers in 2022, one thing was immediately clear: AIRFFECT has identified and fulfilled a real need. AIRFFECT is growing fast.
